The benefits of Massage Therapy are numerous. Massage Therapy relieves muscle aches, cramps and pain, improves circulation, lowers blood pressure, releases endorphins, aids with digestive disorders, encourages the flow of the lymphatic system, helps with battling fatigue, and improves quality of sleep. This is just to give you an idea, the list of benefits is expansive.

Despite being practiced for hundreds of years Massage Therapy is just recently, becoming recognized as a fundamental method of establishing well being, in the Western Medical world.
